Norman doorway on St James Church, Badsey On the north wall of St James church is a Norman doorway with a rope-frieze lintel and a flat zigzag arch. The present appearance of the church is largely due to major restoration in 1885. This series of photographs takes you on a short tour around the village of Badsey in Worcestershire. The pictures were taken in 2000 and 2001 by Richard Phillips and Elizabeth Noyes. |
