Mystery photograph
A few years ago Ivor Martin took this photograph somewhere in the parish. Can you say where? The vehicle that you can see is still there but is now more overgrown.

Our first correct email was from John Sparrow in Aldington who wrote 'This picture was taken just at the top of the small hill heading east from the ford in Aldington.' This was closely followed by Ian Major who was also correct with 'That looks to me like one of the old vehicles stuck in the hedge across the field (or at least was a field!!) from Aldington ford. With your back to the vehicle you will see Horsebridge Avenue to your right.'
