Surnames and other topics in Badsey and Aldington

Family historians and other researchers are invited to send us brief details of their interests to be included here. Your interest must relate to events in Badsey, Aldington or places nearby. No more than ten entries per person are allowed.

You must let us know the approximate dates you are interested in. You should give us either your email address, your postal address, or your telephone number to be published on this page. If you wish, you may also give us a link to your website, or a file with information to include on the Badsey website (see the notes at the bottom of this page on submitted files). Entries should be sent to us by email to Editor@badsey.net. Your email should be marked 'research interests' and include only the information required.

Notes on submitted files

Submitted files have been sent to us by family historians and other researchers so that they are available to other people. Please note that the Badsey website is not responsible for the accuracy of information in submitted files.

In the interests of data protection of living persons, please do not include living people in any file submitted, unless you have received their permission to do so.

If you send us a file as an email attachment it is important that the text of the email messages makes it clear what you are sending. If you do not do this, your file may be mistaken for a virus and deleted. Files are acceptable in a range of formats e.g. .htm, .pdf, .doc, .ged. Send these to Editor@badsey.net.

Can we help you?

Maureen Spinks, who has transcribed the Badsey parish and census records up to the beginning of the 20th century, will attempt to answer specific queries from bona fide researchers. Please give as much information as possible in order to make the task easier. Please e-mail queries to history@badsey.net.
